Amelia Systems is an international business founded in 2009 by a team of experts who formely worked in a big Israeli HR advisory company. The team comprises human resource specialists in psychology, computer engineering, information technology, and stastistics, all of whom share a passion for innovation in psychological assessment.
The first and principal target of Amelia Systems was to develop customized batteries of tests for specific purposes that cannot be addressed by regular tests.
Our international extensive experience in the sector, together with continuous improvements introduced to our evaluation tools, allows us to offer services to companies (managing the human factor) and individuals alike (evaluation of personal skills, suitability for professional careers, etc.).
Amelia Systems boasts its own Evaluation Centre that guarantees a high level of reliability in evaluating and measuring human potential, while assessing the suitability of professional skills required to cover any position within an organisation. It evaluates everything from the most basic positions, involving repetitive activities, to those that require a high degree of specialisation or even an executive profile.
